They scheduled me for 1130 but showed up at 430 pm too busy helping another mover but besides that the boys were fast and careful . Besides time management they’re a good company and I’d hire them again I hand tipped them

Nick and Jay were kind Unfortunately they damaged my glass living room coffee table & queen bedset bench . They had to throw it away . I have receipts and took pictures of the damaged items. The manager Eddie never contacted me the next day . I had to contact him myself. He laughed when I reported the issue and damage . He said he had no insurance for his business and would not be providing any information. Grateful Uhual provided everything I needed to move forward. I will be doing so . My advise is find professional services with professional management who care.
