We had a great experience with Capital Moving Help. Ben and Freddy were amazing from the start as they came prepared with everything for the move. The loaded the truck efficiently and really fast. They were always communicative about next steps, asking if some items could be stacked over others, ensuring maximum care. Everything was handled appropriately and the process went smoothly. We had a great experience with our mover, Ben. He arrived earlier than scheduled and even brought extra help, which made a big difference. Both Ben and his friend Keith were very friendly, professional, and maintained a great attitude throughout the move. Ben came in with a clear plan and carefully fit all of our belongings into a small U-Box. we were seriously impressed with how efficient and organized he was. They handled our items with care and were very respectful the entire time. Even though Ben brought additional help, they didn’t expect any extra money, which really shows their integrity. We truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a reliable mover.
