Capital One's moving communication is great. Ben confirmed the details with me over the phone, arrived early, and carried everything to the correct place. They were easy to work with and made moving-in day that much easier. In my case, Capital One picked up my 2 U-Boxes, delivered and unpacked everything, and dropped them back off at the warehouse. In general, I am very impressed with U-Haul, Ubox, and Moving Help. It made my relocation from Calgary to Ottawa very smooth.
