Team was nice polite but, You have to bring your own truck, I was not aware and misunderstood the text messages prior to the moving, I had to rush to U-Haul to get one. Unloading, they Left the couch in the new place without being put back together, did not have good tools to take a desk apart so can fit in the office room, had to leave it in the hall.
