To few people to lost 6 u boxes from a 2 story home. Movers were 3 hours away. Boxes seem to be packed wrong so not all merchandise was packed in the. Movers busted butt, but they needed more help as they were still packing boxes in the dark after 11pm. Movers at least one did not know how to pack the boxes, so he did most of the hustling and carrying. Furniture should have been packed first the boxes then other stuff like rugs etc. Not at all happy with the lack of help from the company, the late hours of packing in the dark, and the lack of carrying about their workers on such a big job. Would not use again.

They were great professional movers. Showed up early and moved everything from a 3 level townhome to a storage unit with no damage to anything. I had some really heavy items too. Finished right on time! Definitely would hire again

3 hours late! Didn’t really care about my input on a strategy to get our belongings in the truck. Not listening to my repeated suggestions to strap the load in caused the load to shift putting a lot of stress on our flat screen (last thing liaded) and a very stressful time trying to secure the load on the road.

Move took longer than expected, but crew stayed and finished. They did an excellent job packing up our many books and shelves. Did great with our large furniture, too. Very friendly!
