Our ubox delivery was delayed because of an equipment malfunction at Uhaul, and the mover kept us updated throughout the whole process. We originally didn’t pay to have him help us load the ubox, but since the delivery was a couple hours late, he offered to help us free of charge. Great service and communication!

They were great changing my day to help earlier than planned. The 2 guys Dwayne and 1 other didn't arrive until after 11am and they smelled like Marijuana. They were nice and great about wrapping my furniture in blankets. Dwayne reminded me no less than 6 times to make sure I take care of them. I provided them with water, bought them lunch and had gone to the ATM to get money. I also explained that I ordered 1 extra pod incase we needed it but I hoped to save money by not using it. Dwayne said, we got you, just make sure to take care of us. I noticed he put the entire package of blankets in one of the pods.he said it was to brace a table. Great with getting my extra large table in the pods. I suggested putting stuff under the table Dwayne replied, You really want to treat your furniture that way?At 430p he received a call from the office for a key. He suddenly said they had to go. The next day I found 9 packages of blankets where boxes would have fit and 2 pods were half full.
