No communication beforehand wasn’t sure they were coming despite calling, texting, and emailing. Finally told 12pm arrival but they actually showed up around 4:30pm. Once they started working they were efficient and incredibly careful with not hitting the walls. Very nice guys—just gotta work on com

Not proactive in confirming the moving date or time. I had to reach out several times to get hold of them after the reservation was made over 36 hours ago. They were slower than other movers I used in the past. Not friendly and not very careful with moving and handling the items. Overall was just
