First problem was that the guys showed up late to the job. I can overlook that as things do happen. These guys aren’t professional movers though, they’re laborers. They were rough with the items being unloaded and rough on my home. I have marks on walls and ceiling, a broken edge of my counter, marks on the floors, etc. There was no finesse with unloading of the items. I would not hire these guys again.
