The movers were an hour and a half late to pick unload my apartment. They were also late and had me waiting for almost an hour for them to get back with my second. When I went to unload my box my tv stand and my desk were broken due to the way they packed my uboxes.

Overall, the guys were great. They did not call to let me know they'd be late, so I had to follow-up. They also entered my address incorrectly which caused additional delays but once there they did a great job.
