I reached out multiple times before my move and did not hear back from them until the day I moved. I’ve reached out twice since the two men moved me because they scratched my floors moving a piece of furniture in. I have not heard back.

Mckoy Movers were communicative, professional, and super fast. They even pointed out two things that could have been a mess in the move cross country - something was leaking and they asked about taking apart an art piece to ensure it wouldnt break. I appreciated that! I would 100 percent recommend McKoy Movers. Wish they were available to unload my stuff across the country!

5 stars for sure and highly recommend from a seasoned mover. McKoy Movers’ delayed responsiveness before the move worried me at first, especially when U-Haul changed the pickup location for my U-Box and I couldn’t get confirmation. But the evening before and the day of the move, Bryan confirmed everything and kept me updated at every step; pickup at U-Haul, arrival, and successful drop-off at storage. Bryan and Carlos were professional, cordial, and incredibly efficient. On a busy Manhattan street, they made the whole move seamless. They worked with me to prioritize what should go into the U-Box first, gave realistic guidance on what could still fit, and masterfully Tetris-ed everything to maximize every inch. They didn’t rush me while I finished last minute packing and even helped me disassemble racks so I don’t have to leave them behind. I’ve moved over 20 times, and this was one of the smoothest moves I’ve had. I thank God for them. My 45 percent tip speaks volumes, well deserved!
