The only negative was that they did not have any tools with them. needed a simple allen wrench and they did not have one. It may not be their responsibility but we have used moving help many times and they have always had basic tools.

Movers were nice but not the most efficient. Scratched my chested drawer by putting it on a dolly without using the furniture pads i had purchased. Overall I am content with the service, but not impressed

The guys were very nice and polite so I hate to give them a bad review but, they loaded backwards from every video we watched on how to load a truck. They loaded boxes first and then furniture. The problem was, the boxes need to be used to "fill in" gaps and make things fit in tightly so everythin
