Sam and Eric were amazing! They unloaded our fully packed 20ft truck in less than an hour and a half! They arrived first thing in the morning and since we were a smaller job they were so helpful to rearrange their schedules and help us first thing in the morning! I highly suggest them, I will be using them in the future for all my moving needs!

Booked 2 person crew for 2 hours. Called to say they'd be around 230, I said that was fine. Received a text at 246 saying ETA was 310. They got here and immediately went to work. Rushing, they lost 2 screws and 2 pieces fell off my fireplace, one of the guys wasn't sure where it went... Said the one TV stand in my bedroom wasn't going to fit in the truck, the patio couch needs moved, the king mattress I asked to go down to the trash is still on my balcony. The other TV is still in my living room. All the cushions to the couches they moved are still at my old place. Maybe I misunderstood, but I assumed a 2 person crew for 2 hours, means 4 man hours. I appreciate that they were available on a Sunday and holiday at the last minute, but my apartment and my new house are 5 minutes from one another, after they'd only done one hour of work, I would expect either taking one hour off the 2 hour cost, or finishing the job. Now I'm without the help, and have to get the move done myself by 9 AM.

Pros Mover was punctual and communicative. Cons our washer front was scarped against the door and left paint all across the front that I’m not sure can be removed. Door frame and walls also have a little damage. Wish we hired a professional mover hindsight.
