I would give 0 stars.Were more concerned with money than packing our stuff carefully.Were least concerned in arranging the truck to avoid breaks and scratches and haphazardly threw stuff .No would NOT recommend again.Need a change of attitude.

My movers were excellent. Not once did they complain or slow down, despite it being an exceptionally hot and humid day.

Roger & his worker were about 30 minutes late but that was fine. Very good worker however his worker dropped several bins and broke some things inside the bins. Who is supposed to pay for these broken items? UHaul says they will call me regarding breakage but I've never heard from anyone. Disappoint

Roger and his assistant were 20 minutes due to car trouble. I don't hold that against them. Once they were on site, they went immediately to work and were thoroughly professional and focused on getting the job done. Roger is experienced and knowledgeable about now to best load the truck. I would
