The guys showed up an hour late, one gentleman (lead) smelled of alcohol, went to his car atleast twice. The other gentleman could not stay off his phone and his issues with his girlfriend. Yes i have evidence of him just consistenly standing and talking from my ring camera. When I got to my new residence, the new company unloaded boxes sitting on top of fragile boxes, stuff broken, stuff chipped and was overall terrible job. The unloading company took pictures of everything for me. I did not see how they loaded everything but I regret it now. I absolutely would not hire this company again. I only released the code because the job was done but had it been stack properly I wouldnt have so much broken and damaged stuff.

I’ve moved many times and this was by far the slowest moving company I’ve ever hired. What should have taken two hours to move ended up taking three, and that’s with us loading half of the two bedrooms furniture ourselves! There is still furniture at my old place because they were chewing through the time. Unfortunately I do not recommend RSS for moving help. I’m thankful that they showed up but I ended up doing a lot of the loading work myself.
