They were over an hour late to arrive, however they did alert me that they were going to be 30 minutes late. Then the time expanded. He explained that he had a third helper with him which will help with the time. The gentlemen were very nice and polite. I was disappointed in that I asked ahead of time if they assembled beds and they said yes, but they couldn't be responsible if there were missing parts. When it came to the end of the move (and there was still an hour of paid time) I asked if they could assemble the bed, he told me that because they didn't disassemble it, they didn't know how to reassemble it. I would definitely hire them for basic moving things, but if you need more advance work, I would look elsewhere.
