I scheduled a three-man crew for 5 hours for a crosstown move at 9 AM. The crew arrived nearly 1.5 hours late, worked very slowly for an hour and then took their 15 min ‘break’ which they said they were entitled to ‘for every two hours.’ I had to bring in two male family members to get loading back on track, and the crew was happy to let them do heavy lifting for free when I was paying the crew $175 an hour. After working for three hours, the crew took an hour to get lunch while we moved the truck across town and started unloading ourselves. The crew finally showed up helped finish unloading for 40 mins. So the crew worked unloading and loading the truck for less than 4 hours, arrived 1.5 hours late, and then demanded to be paid for the full 5 hours. This was the worst moving service that I have ever used, and I have moved 8 times in the last 6 years. You are much better off hiring Montana Muscle Movers (they are excellent), just DO NOT hire these guys.

Outstanding job by the guys for being able to fit the contents of a 22ft Penske truck into a storage unit that was 12x14. They worked hard and got the job done in almost half the amount of time I booked them for. Kudos to them, would highly recommend.
