Very disappointed that the helpers arrived over and hour late with no communication other than me calling. This could have been handled more professionally. Once they arrived they did get the job done.

Start time for the job was supposed to be at 1000am. This was the agreed upon start time with owner. The timeliness of their arrival was important I had movers lined up at the destination to unload the truck and needed to depart on time. I Received a call at 937 from an employ that he had he had to go pickup a co-worker whose car was broken down. He also informed me that the original scheduled employee had called in sick and he was notified to take my job. Employees said that they would be about 20 minutes late at 1020a. Received another call at 1030 that new time of arrival would be 1100. Final phone call at 1100a that an 1130a arrival time is now in play. By the time the pair of movers arrived I had all but three heavy pieces loaded and staged. It took them 20 minutes to load those pieces but no adjustment to rate for less work needed due to delay of arrival. I would not recommend this business and would not select them again given the many other choices available.
