The movers were late by 1 hour from the actual scheduled time. However, when they were here, they were professional and complete the whole ordeal in under 1 hour. The overall experience was good.

The loaders themselves were great, and I tipped them generously. The owner didn't send along the ordered appliance dolly or 2 doz. blankets. Loaders had to use fabric from my sewing supplies to cushion items, and I had to go to another Uhaul dealer to rent a dolly. It took almost 2 weeks and a drive
