They were absolutely incredible. They kept us updated throughout the entire process, which gave us a great sense of confidence and peace of mind. But what impressed us the most was their packing skill. We honestly did not think all of our belongings would fit into the U-Boxes. We were seriously considering ordering an additional box, and we had even decided that if everything didn’t fit, we would have to leave our sofa behind. Somehow, they made it all fit. Even the sofa. Watching them work was amazing. Every inch of space was used efficiently, and it was clear they had a tremendous amount of experience. I truly believe that without their expertise, all of our belongings would not have fit. They were professional, hardworking, and exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn’t be happier with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Terrible experience. My move was scheduled for Tuesday. The movers arrived but it soon began raining heavily for over an hour, so they suggested postponing the move until the next day. I agreed. About six hours later, the owner calls asking how the move was going, unaware that the move had been postponed. I was confused because it was clear there was no communication between him and his crew. The movers returned Wednesday, but the move still was not completed until Saturday afternoon. What began as an estimate of a few 100 dollars ended up costing more than $2,000 + additional truck rental fees. House is a 2000 sq ft ranch. The movers caused several deep scratches in the hardwood floors at my new home. The owner suggested someone who might be able to patch or buff them out, but only offered to meet at times when I was unavailable. I’ve received an estimate of nearly $1,200 for a proper repair. Overall, the entire experience was disorganized, expensive, and damaging to my new home.
