Unfortunately had a terrible experience with M and M. They were 3 hours late from their estimated time of arrival. I did not receive any communication from them to warn me that they would be late until I reached out to contact them. They did not apologize or make any attempt to make up for the delay

Unfortunate. I paid for two men only one arrived 25 minutes late. I had elevator booked for two hours as it turned out we were able to work out something with the next people moving in but if everyone had showed up on time the two hours would have been sufficient. Luckily a friend and his son helped

$200 an hour seems pretty steep rate to pay, but my movers were nice, on time, and fast. They provided a service I required, I couldn’t have dealt with that container on my own. Oh, they were also really flexible about delivery times!
