A little slow in confirming, but we only booked 1 day in advance, so I'm sure they were busy and couldn't rely right away. They were courteous and professional. Moved our piano without any issues.

DJ and Paul did a great job! I had 24 u-haul blankets to wrap some of the more fragile wood pieces with. I wish they would have used them. I am sure that if I had communicated better with them on why I had so many blankets they would have wrapped our more fragile wood items better. I would still
