Bust-A-Move was the best part of our moving day! After a stressful morning leaving Chicago, we arrived to Ann Arbor about 90 minutes later than anticipated, although we had communicated this with Will earlier in the day. Will and Darrel met us at our front door with the biggest smile and immediately took the mental and physical weight of the second leg of our move. During our preliminary booking call I had confidence that Will was a professional and his service on the day exceeded my expectations, particularly after dealing with subpar companies in Chicago. This was the best possible outcome for our move in to our new home and we will be recommending Will and his company to all of our family and friends in Michigan. Thank you, guys!

They were so fantastic! Will and Darell were really communicative leading up to and the day of the move, worked quickly and efficiently, and took care with handling all of my items. They also asked me where I wanted each and every item to make sure I had the easiest time unpacking, and offered to rearrange my room however I wanted it before leaving. very kind and helpful company.
