This was my first time booking movers through Uhaul services and the guys that came out were so nice and made the process extremely easy! I hired Allstars to load my Uhaul truck and they were able to pack everything in efficiently and worked quickly!

The moving service was highly rated, however, I was not able to experience the five-star service of Allstar Movers. First off, we confirmed multiple times that I needed movers at 130pm. Twice during a live call the night before. On the day of the move, the movers arrived at 310pm. My building had strict rules that the move was supposed to completed before 500pm - so I experienced a lot of unnecessary stress. When confronting the moving service rep, I was told that I confirmed the service at 134pm, so the dispatch search starts then. I kept having to ask about status of the service arrival due to my building's maintenance staff needing the service dock. If I had not made my inquiry at 134pm, I don't think the movers would have showed up at all. Overall, it was disappointing, unorganized, and unprofessional. I do appreciate the completion of the move, but at the cost of broken dishes, cups, and having to move small items myself. The job was completed at 445pm.

So fast i didnt know how that even happened. Had to hurry up and get my husband home so he could drive the uhaul. Sid and Lonnie were incredible, safe, respectful. Will only use them from now on!!

I was supposed to have 2 movers but only one showed up. The mover that did show up was able to move all pieces of furniture. After the move I spoke with someone named Ray and I told him I was supposed to have 2 movers. He asked if I wanted to pay for 2 movers since the once was able to move my furniture or get a refund. What kind of business is this?
