Very great. Only took 1 hour to unload. However, told me by text message that UHAUL web pricing was incorrect (was not) he charged me $60.00 additional. He tried to tell me it should have been $300.00 for the UBOX unload, and I was billed for the UHAUL truck unload (was not). He was just trying to get extra money.

Rob(the owner) came and helped us move my one bedroom apartment. He was really on top of communication and making sure we knew exactly when to expect him. He did a fantastic job. Moved a decent amount of really heavy things with care and packed them expertly all into our U-Haul. It was a tight fit and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without him. Awesome guy, can’t recommend him enough!
