Communication was good regarding start time. Communication broke down during loading. The couches were to be set on moving blankets and a China hutch that made the most to my wife was to be secured for the trip. All 3 couches and the hutch are now damaged. The crew seem to be fast at loading but need to take better care when it comes to others requests and belongings.

Excellent communication and quick work helping to load Uboxes in some on and off rain. They did a great job getting some difficult and heavy items up the stairs and into the boxes. Would have liked some additional help with wrapping the furniture a bit better, but due to likely the inclement weather this was a bit rushed. Overall great work and items arrived with no damage.

Nick got in contact right away to schedule the exact time. On the day of the move they arrived on time (actually a little bit early) and did a great job loading the trailer. They work very hard and efficiently. Highly recommend.
