Shane and his crew were professional, polite and on the go until all was done. They moved furniture in the house and then brought our household boxes into the house from a storage container.

Shane and his helper arrived later than expected, but he did ask in advance if we had any flexibility with our time frame as some jobs run longer than expected (too which I said we were flexible, and he communicated well any delays in his arrival time). He and his associate worked very hard loading

For starters, the 2 guys were over 1 hour late. Shane looked like he had been up all night and morning. The guy with him, had a car in impound and wanted to hurry and get my job done, which was done 45 minutes early. They took whatever they could carry and put in POD i had, they did not appear very
