Kenny and Melvin (the movers) were great! However, it was extremely hard to get ahold of the company by phone or email especially in the days leading up to the move, which led to a miscommunication where 30 minutes of time were lost.

We scheduled with Chad on the phone and he was super friendly and had all the information ready for us—it was a breeze to book. Then Melvin and Kenneth arrived on time and ready to work. They got the truck loaded in less that 2 hours (large 1 bedroom apartment). Everyone was very nice and friendly.

The movers were great, they were fast and did a fantastic job fitting everything in the uhaul. There was a small mistake with the person who scheduled the move, he advised the movers would have stretch wrap for furniture but the movers didn't provide that. The 2 movers were great though.
