True to many of the other reviews, they showed up an hour late. Extremely frustrating as we had a truck rented for specific hours. They worked hard, but their lack of respect for being on time will stop me from using them again.

The movers got everything out in less than two hours and were very careful with our furniture. We couldn’t have fit everything in our truck without their help!

This was a last minute scheduling due to very bad business contract dealing with Simple Move. They office person, Angela, and the 2 young men who came to unload the truck were very accommodating and polite, and essential to their employer's business. Much obliged to each one of you.

The guys were 1.5 hrs late and did not communicate in time. But did a good job when the did get here and completed the job in time.

Overall, I would recommend Big Alz. The guys worked their butts off and got us moved in the allotted time. The communication could be better and they did break a mirror (it is being replaced by them) but for the price and quality of the movers, I would for sure use them again!

Recommend use of equipment, dolly, over carrying heavy items by hand. Boxes containers etc. Thanks for being punctual!
