Not only where they 3 hours late, I had to call several times to figure out when they were coming and other information. I ended up packing the majority of the boxes and totes myself before they arrived. After they did arrive, they got right to work but they were not careful with my household goods

The movers organized the contents of the truck very well. Everything was safe and secure and there was no damage to my things. Movers did very well bringing a king size mattress up stairs. They arrived late due to car trouble but were still able to complete the job. Overall a good experience.

Moving a piano was not as professionally done as in the past. No cover on dolly and scratched brand new dryer and tore the utility room flooring. Where hard working just did not seem as experienced.

Movers were respectful and considerate but 1st impressions are not do-overs. Baggy pants w/ underwear showing are not acceptable. Use the equipment and work as a team. Super heros not encouraged.
