JJ’s was amazing! I used them a few years ago and just had to use them again because of how great they were the last time. They handled everything with great care and loaded the uhaul quickly and with everything organized and packed so well. Thanks JJ!

Honestly a little disappointed with these guys. Every time I turned around it seemed one of them had paused to text. I completely understand and support breaks - moving is hard work! But this just seemed to be in excess and I found it to be unprofessional as it happened consistently over the course of 2+ hours. Despite having numerous furniture covers and blankets, much of my white furniture was laid directly against the bottom of the uhaul where it was later found scraped or broken. In addition, I had set a number of boxes and cleaning supplies aside that were not to be loaded and they were, leaving me with little to clean the space with after the fact. Unfortunately, it seemed like they loaded the truck without much thought of how it would travel or be unloaded. Sadly would not recommend these guys for large moves over long distances.
