Unfortunately I cannot give positive feedback on my experience today. I feel I was unfairly charged for additional hour. When the movers asked if we’d like the additional hour for the few items left to load, they were told no, at which time they loaded the items that they already had on their dolly. I had approved the request via email, not realizing my daughter didn’t have them stay to finish. When she called me back, within 5 minutes, and explained that she had declined the additional time, I immediately called and was told I’d have to pay because the job was signed off and paid. Very discouraging when I’m entrusting professionals to be honest.

Phil from the moving team was unbelievably great. I would move company again just because of him. The other guys was rougher on our stuff and things got damaged. I would use this moving company again, but spend a lot more time protecting our stuff before they got there.
