Different from other moving help providers used thru U-Haul - communication between the company and me was not 5-star but the communication between the team of strong young men (Daniel, Jamel & Antonio) who came to actually do the moving was excellent. They were polite, careful and attentive to make sure they did not harm the house nor the furniture. Extraordinary actually! I HIGHLY recommend them - I would ask specifically for THESE GUYS - they are that good! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Hired them for the three hours minimum (what it took the origination team to load the POD) and they finished the unloading end of things in just over an hour!

My delivery was 6 hours late!!!! The driver couldn’t find my location and while Jamil was working with me to help them, Jonathan cane agitated saying he was ready to go home. I understand situations happen but six hours late is unacceptable!!!!! Jonathan needs to do better if anything I the customer should be the one upset and complaining!! I paid good money for this service and it was not worth my money!!!

Overall service was fast, easy, and efficient. We scheduled 3 hours, but they moved a full 20' U-Haul in 1 hr 15 min. The only small blip was that they did not call or text stating they were on their way on the day of the appointment. The movers were very nice and polite, and even folded our moving blankets for us to return.
