Great communication from Spencer. However if his employee had proactively noticed UHaul had loaded our box backwards on the trailer before leaving the lot, it would’ve saved a lot of headaches. He didn’t make the original error but he didn’t get it corrected before delivery either.

Spencer communicated a day after I scheduled a UBox with U-Haul. We spoke before the drop off so I could make sure I understood what I needed to do. Spencer also communicated before, during & after the delivery & pickup & everything was perfect! Great service by Easton who did the actual work so would definitely use Hog Wild again!
