They were slow. Inexperienced and did not handle my furniture with care. Very expensive for what o for. Only started using furniture blankets after I mentioned it a number of times. The dispatcher was pleasant to deal with tho. In the end, there was still a lot of moving but I did not extend their time. I and my family completed it.

The office manager was incredibly ignorant when she found out we gave her staff a cash tip. She called me a liar and accused me of cheating her. The one young man, he was amazing. A totally work horse all on his own and I would give Taz 5 stars. The other guy, was alright when he wasn't dropping stuff or complaining about the stairs. To be honest, if I could have hired the young man all on his own, I would have.

The communication between myself and the contact person (Lolita) felt very disorganized. I booked a date and time to have movers come help me with my move. It seemed like Lucky Moving was just riding by the seat of their pants the whole time and that they maybe weren't going to find anyone to help m

The service is expensive. I would go with someone else that doesn't cost as much, but the movers were fantastic and friendly.
