We could not have been more pleased with our movers during this move. They communicated well from the start, showed up on time, and worked amazingly hard the entire day. It was in the 90s that day, and they never complained or stopped work for a moment. They were all very courteous, professional, kind, and extremely careful with our belongings. Absolutely nothing was damaged or mishandled, and everything was delivered exactly where we wanted it to be. We have moved several times, and this was by far the best moving crew we have ever had. We are so grateful for their hard work and kindness, and we can't recommend them highly enough.

The crew showed up on time and perform excellent service. A 20' U-Haul truck was unloaded in a single hour and up to a third floor with stairs only. The crew were extremely friendly and informed us they work several states in the southeast.

The first half of the load was great. But then they got incredibly careless. They were sliding boxes down our stairs to avoid walking them down. Multiple items were broken, including bottles of wine. They broke a piece of the bannister and left without fixing it. They left a dresser upstairs which I didn’t notice until they were gone. They asked if they could drink our beer (and eventually did) when I offered them water. It was very disappointing because, again, the first half went great. They were working hard and moving fast. Once they got tired they became incredibly careless. I gave them a flat screen tv I was getting rid of and tipped them before I realized things were broken and not complete.
