This was a great move experience! I have moved a lot more than most people do in life due to the nature of my job, and have probably used 10 different moving companies. This move definitely ranked in the top companies. Great communication was super helpful, they were fast, but careful, well prepared with all the right dollies and hand trucks, etc. I'll be hiring them again for the last phase of my move, too. I was charged for the full 2 hours but from the time you called to tell me you were on your way and the time you were done unloading it was exactly an hour. So not sure why I was charged for 2 hours.

Load and unload took over twice as long as my previous move (5 hours vs. 2 hours) into the same building and from a similar apartment during my move from St. Paul. Instead of using the stairs directly next to my apartment as the previous movers did, the movers used the entrance on the far side of the building, drastically extending the move time and costing me an extra $300. Employees were pleasant enough and the move was smooth otherwise.

Overall a good experience. Movers were timely, and efficient. Only gripe is some items were hap hazardly stacked in the truck. Some furniture (dresser, nightstands, and some drawers) ended up getting chipped and scratched.
