They were so helpful they came in and reloaded my POD. They worked efficiently and were so accommodating when having to deal with how the maintenance staff packed my items earlier. I would hire them back again when it comes to unloading the POD.

They took all the furniture apart to move it...I was unaware that I would have to put it all back together. Which is difficult to say the least. Perhaps, it was my misunderstanding, but that part ruined my experience.

I would highly recommend On the Move for "any" moving job you have. They came highly recommended on the Uhaul site so I used them. I am so glad I did. Not only did they help me with the Uhaul move, they also moved furniture from a furniture store that did not deliver, and they moved furniture fro

U-Haul did not deliver the box to the agreed location and wasted the time of the two "On the Move" guys. Hopefully "On the Move" will be reimbursed for this time loss. "On the Move" did a superb job.

Worst experience ever. The guys were 1 1/2 hours late. Moved slow and tried to leave without completing the move, because they had another job to do. I usually don’t try to post negativity, but this was pretty bad.
