They were great! I had to change my start time the night before and they were very accommodating. They showed up promptly and were very professional the entire time. Even with having to unload the truck and move everything either into the apartment or the storage garage, they were able to get the job complete in only 2.5 hours when we originally had them scheduled for 3 hours. Will definitely use them again next time we move!

They were great. I would use them again. It was just an upload. We had a bit of a communication error on my part. They thought I just needed an upload but I actually needed both an upload from the old place and a download at my new place. PS I tipped on sight. Not through UHaul

Simon communicated with me ahead of time and handled the move very professionally. The two guys onsite including Simon were outstanding. They were so focused on making sure everything was blanketed or plastic sealed so nothing would get damaged. Simply awesome job guys!
