The movers arrived over an hour late and said the job before took longer than expected. The way the truck was loaded was so bad that several furniture items got damaged during transit. Also boxes containing dishes and cups got crushed, so did plastic bins containing kitchen items. Would not recomm

Where do I start. Well first of all they were 7 HOURS LATE. I'm not kidding. They were supposed to show up at 2 and they didn't show up till 9 PM. It was baffling. According to the owner the crew that was supposed to move me was not answering so he said he'd come himself and be there around 5 so

The movers were 4 hours late. They were scheduled at 10am but arrived at 2pm. They stated a number of issues...didn't know how long it took to drive to u-haul location, issue with truck hitch etc... I had to contact moving company several times to request eta. They did not notify me of delay. They

2 hours late. I feel I was fed stories as to the reason why the were so late. Took a second set of guys sent from Toledo to get my move done! Wasted a ton of time on a Sunday when the time kept getting pushed back as I pushed for updates.I feel someone knew what was going on and did not tell me.
