there was a little bit of damage to the railing during the move, and they gave me a little refund even though i hadn't paid for the movers insurance...which they didn't have to do but is much appreciated.

Use someone else for your PCS. Initially they were fine but they didn’t pack the truck tightly, underestimated how much stuff was there. They decided the truck was full and tried to leave an hour before time was up. Then everything left was shoved in anywhere it fit. There are crushed boxes and broken pieces already and we haven’t left the city yet. Really disappointed.
