The 3 boys they sent out worked okay but none of them knew the first thing about loading a truck or handling other peoples property. They just dropped boxes on the floor or threw them on top of other boxes. They loaded all the light items such as boxes in the front of the truck and heavy items all in the rear making the truck hard and dangerous to drive. They left the middle of the truck only half loaded then said there was not enough room for our remaining items. They had my mid sized generator turned completely upside down and my large generator 90 degrees sitting on the rear. I kept smelling oil really bad and had to unload the truck up to the wheel wells to get to the generators to fix them and to be able to load the rest of my items in the middle of the truck they said would not fit.They took 4.5 hours to do what they did costing me extra money. Since I am disabled and it was just me and my wife it took me 2 full days to get everything fixed and loaded back on the truck.
