Yonas called me immediately after booking to confirm details and review the scope, and was incredibly responsive when I had follow-up questions requiring a few calls. They provided a clear outline of what to expect on the day of the move, down to a detailed list of items to include in my truck rental to ensure they'd be set up for success. Day-of, the team arrived on time and were friendly and professional. Stephen, Justin, and friend (sorry, forgot his name!) were SO efficient in their work without sacrificing quality. Our truck was packed beautifully and all items stayed in great condition. Moving can be a pain and filled with stress - Stress Free Movers lived up to the name and took a load off (both literally and figuratively!). 10 out of 10!

Marshall and Mike were fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and worked very efficiently. They handled my furniture with care and packed the truck extremely well. I had a limited loading dock window and they made sure everything was loaded quickly and smoothly. I also had an arm injury and they took care of all the heavy lifting without any issues. Overall it was a great experience and they made the move much easier than I expected.
