The Parker Street guys were extremely accommodating. We were delayed by 7 hours due to a U-Haul logistical screw up, and they still we're able to provide a couple of guys to help us. It was disturbing to have U-Haul saying all delays and communications silence were because delivery was not scheduled, then the fault of the moving help, and the moving help simultaneously blaming the U-Haul folks for all delays.
