The only thing that I consider to an issue is the lack of notification for payment options. Our movers were great, so no problem there. We went over our original estimate of hours needed, and I paid the overage. However, if I had known there would be a 3% fee for any payment other than cash or check

The younger one seemed like he did not want to be there at all. They did not know how to pack a trailer. We ended up having to rent an additional trailer and then my friend and I had to unload what they did and repack it.

A morning unload was not even started til 2 pm. We had unloaded 2/3 of the truck before they ever showed up. Very disappointing
