This was the worst move of my life, made better by family and Get it Done Moconf Co. I had to work and between my sister and Get it Done, I only received phone call and I had created that oops! Very happy with thheir service.

One guy showed then a second one about 20 minutes later. We kept telling them how we wanted the contents placed and they didn't listen and pretty much put it where they wanted to. They would stack larger boxes on top of smaller ones causing the stack to lean and would only correct this when told to. The entire time they unloaded, they yakked about going out to the club, etc. The entire unload only took 30 minutes and they left without putting the ramp back on the truck or basically saying anything but 'I need a payment code.' Worst moving experience ever. Highly UNrecommended.

Never. Again. They don’t know the value of an item and how much you put into owning something for them to come and mess it up. Unprofessional. Rude. Arrived late. Filing a claim for damages. Definitely not worth $730 of work.

Get it Done rescued me from a bad situation taking a last minute order. The moving team went above and beyond. They took care of my items and made sure the move was a success. I cannot say enough good things about the whole team as they turned a very bad day to one that can be chalked up as a success.

I have used moving helpers several times over the years and never had an issue getting everything I own loaded in 2 hours even amod complete moving chaos. This time, the 2 gentlemen helping me didn't seem to know how to load or what order to load it. I had marked everything and they still kept asking me what needed to be done. At the end of 2 hours, the boxes and 2 sofas were all that was on the truck. They didn't have a dolly or anything with them, but there should have been 1 on the truck. As a female, it was less than ideal to load the heavy appliances myself. I paid the boys a cash tip ye end of their time. Now I just need to rent another truck and another couple of people to finish .
