Communication was poor, did not meet expectations. Very slow unpacking, condescending, abrasive, and defensive regarding feedback. Left us with about half of the truck to unpack ourselves. Not professional, wish I could say better, I don’t like leaving poor reviews but honestly they made it one of the worst days.
