I scheduled for an afternoon move but they messed up scheduling on their end and initially told me that the could only do the next day afternoon. After I told them that this will totally mess with my moving plans, they came in at 1030pm the same day to make things right and got the job done within an hour. Very accountable and owned their mistake. I hope scheduling issues like this won’t happen again.
