It was one of my most terrible moving experiences. They were unprofessional, rude and lazy. They were not able to finish less than 4 hours job in over 5 hours. Charged me overtime at a much higher rate. We're on their phones half the time or sitting idle and not working. Their boss was not present in person and tried to intervene a couple of time but felt helpless. Don't even think about using their company for moving. I picked them up based on their reviews but after this i don't believe reviews.

When I made this appointment I advised that I was moving a full 3 bedroom house I didn't realize that you only sent two people to do all that in a limited amount of time and if they were done or not they left. Also had expected to be able to fit everything per uhauls estimate in 4 pods. Good thing I ordered 2 extra, used all that and still filled a pickup truck to the brim. There was alot of wasted space aperently in pods and did not take care to wrap furniture with moving blankets to ensure the contents arrive safely. A bit disappointed with that but they did work hard and extremely polite. I tiped cash.
