Well, they were half an hour late. BUT, they did know how to stack and arrange things in the moving truck so we wouldn't have to make more than one trip to move things. That was impressive to me. They clearly know what they're doing when it comes to moving and arranging furniture and whatnot in moving trucks so you can get maximum space in the least amount of time possible. PLUS, he did communicate with me and let me know that they would be late, so, communication skills are very good.
