This has been the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. I hired movers for a 3 hour job that took 8 hours. The movers came to the residence high, moving extremely slow. Smoking while on the job. A few of my items were broken, including a bookshelf and a dresser. Once the job was completed they wanted to charge me for the 5 extra hours they took! Once the job was completed (I still have things left in my apartment), the company threatened to sue me if I didn’t pay them for the extra time. They also sat outside of my apartment stating they weren’t leaving until they were paid. I felt so unsafe I ended up leaving with my daughter until I knew they were gone.

They communicated when they would be arriving, and kept me informed at all times. They were quick and methodical, and ensured everything was packed nearly into the uhaul van.
