They were only scheduled to move a fridge, but the crew arrived completely unprepared, no tools, no straps, and one of them showed up late. On top of that, they caused substantial damage to the property while bringing the fridge upstairs, leaving scratches on the walls and marks on the stairs. I would never work with them again. If a job involves moving a fridge, it should be common sense to come equipped with proper straps and tools. Now its going to cost $500 to repair the damage to the property.
