DO NOT GIVE A PENNY TO THIS COMPANY!! I have used movers from Uhaul website for my last 5 moves, in PA as well as in CA, and this was the only time, I gave the moving company a generous 1 star. They came 2 hours late (blaming it on scheduling), without dolly, straps, or any tools (they borrowed an L key from my tool kit). During our initial conversation, I asked Chad if I need to rent a dolly, straps, etc. He said just furnipads. I rented 18, they used 6. As I write I am looking at the damaged leg of the dresser. The headrest from Poang Ikea chair vanished into thin air. As I unpack, I expect to see more damage. The load in was finished in 2 hours 15 minutes and the rest of the time was spent looking for straps and jamming stuff in. When I called Chad to complain about the way my stuff was handled, Chad's response was to threaten to quit, which given that I was closing on the house next day was not the option. Hard to imagine but the crew that came in to unload was even worse!!!!
